Connie, the hard-working chef and owner, has made it her mission to constantly reinvent the menu in an effort to remain current on the competitive Hualien Italian Restaurant landscape. Frequent trips abroad to learn from other culinary cultures has created an interesting blend of cuisine that deserves more than one visit to truly be appreciated. Personally, I prefer the blue cheese dishes on the menu as Tosca is one of the very few places in Hualien where it is available, but it’s difficult to go wrong with this menu. Each meal is served with what may be Hualien’s best salad and soup.
