From major city to small, sleepy tourist town, 
From the heights above, or the depths below,
this is one remarkable
place. Fortunately for its continued existence, it’s also remarkably
easy to overlook.
In October I attended my first Taiwanese boat
burning in Dong Gang,
Pingtung County. I had promised Highway 11 a
spectacular photo essay about the tri-annual folk ceremony. I
almost
completely screwed it up.
Music has always been a passion for me. As a
child, I would sit on the floor in front of my old turntable for hours,
and lose myself in music.
The Crocodile King Farm in Madou Township, Tainan County, is a
small private zoo of exotic and mutant animals.
